What pet parents usually ask before ordering from us.
How do I pick the right size for my pet?
Every product page has its own size guide with the measurements that matter for that item. Measure your pet with a soft tape and match it to the chart. Between two sizes? Go one size up. Still unsure? Email us the measurements before you order and we'll help you choose.
Are your products for dogs, cats, or both?
It depends on the product. Each product page says which pets it's made for and which sizes are available.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $100 ship free to the US and EU. For other orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive in 4–8 business days in the US (7–15 worldwide).
How do I know where my order is?
We email you when your order ships. Can't find the email? Check your spam folder, or write to Contact@omewan.com with your order number and we'll look it up.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing a part or not what you ordered, email Contact@omewan.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping label. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. See our refund policy for full details.
