Contact usHow does the wall setup work?
The round base attaches to a smooth, flat surface with a nano adhesive pad, so there's no drilling and no tools. Place it at the height that suits your pet, then set the bowl and ring into the holder.
Can I stick it on a painted wall?
No. Don't stick it directly to painted walls, wallpaper, metal pegboards or metal cabinet surfaces. It works on wood, painted cabinet doors, tempered glass, smooth stone, smooth metal and acrylic. If your space doesn't have one of these, use it as a floor stand instead.
How tall is it?
As a floor stand it's 16.5 cm (6.5 in) tall and 20.5 cm (8.1 in) wide, a comfortable height for most cats and small dogs. Mounted on a surface, you choose the height.
Is it good for flat-faced cats?
The bowl tilts toward your pet and has a wide, open rim, so flat-faced breeds can reach their food without pressing their whiskers or face against the sides.
Can I use it for food and water?
Yes, it works for either. Many pet parents get one of each color: one for food and one for water, side by side.
How do I clean it?
Lift the ceramic bowl out of its ring, rinse it with warm water and mild soap, and dry it before putting it back. Wipe the stand with a damp cloth as needed.
Is it suitable for bigger dogs?
PawPerch™ is made for cats and small dogs. The bowl is about the size of a cereal bowl, so it's best for smaller portions.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 4–8 business days in the US (7–15 worldwide). Orders over $100 ship free to the US and EU. Other orders show the shipping cost at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing a part or not what you ordered, email Contact@omewan.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping label. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. See our refund policy for full details.
