What's in the box?

Does it work for cats?
Yes. The straps adjust to fit small dogs and cats. For cats, let them wear it indoors for a few short sessions first so they get used to it before going outside.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs, and match it to the size guide above. The chest measurement matters most. Between two sizes? Go one size up. Not sure? Send us the measurements before you order and we'll help you choose.
How do I put it on?
Slip it over your pet's head, click the two side buckles shut, then adjust the straps until it's snug with room for two fingers underneath.
What fits in the backpack?
It's a small pocket, about the size of your palm. A roll of poop bags and a handful of treats fit comfortably. We recommend keeping it light so your pet stays comfortable.
Is it good for bigger dogs?
PupPocket™ is made for small to medium pets. The largest size (XL) fits chests up to 29.5 in and pets up to about 44 lb.
How do I clean it?
Empty the backpack, hand wash in cold water with mild soap, and let it air dry. Avoid the dryer.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 4–8 business days in the US (7–15 worldwide). Orders over $100 ship free to the US and EU. Other orders show the shipping cost at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing a part or not what you ordered, email Contact@omewan.com within 15 days of delivery with photos of the item and the shipping label. Once approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. See our refund policy for full details.
