Contact usAre they waterproof?
The leg covers and boots are water-resistant. They keep out rain, puddle splashes, mud and wet grass on everyday walks. In heavy rain or deep water some moisture can get in, so we don't recommend them for wading or swimming.
How do the boots stay on?
All four leg covers hang from a neck strap and a strap along the back, and each one closes with a hook-and-loop strap at the ankle. Because the boots are connected to the straps, they can't slip off and get lost.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog's back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail) and neck, then check the size guide on this page. Choose by back length first. Between two sizes? Pick the larger one.
How do I put them on?
Clip the buckle around the neck, slide each leg into its cover and boot, then close the hook-and-loop strap at each ankle. Adjust the straps so the covers sit snug without pulling.
Will my dog get used to them?
Most dogs need a little time. Let them wear the set indoors for a few minutes at first, with treats and praise, before the first walk outside. Some dogs walk a little funny at the start and settle in quickly.
Can they be used in snow?
Yes, they work well for walks in light snow and slush, keeping snow from clumping in the leg fur. They are not insulated, so on very cold days pair them with a coat.
How do I clean them?
Rinse off mud with water, or hand wash with mild soap, then hang to air dry. Close the hook-and-loop straps before washing so they don't catch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 4–8 business days in the US (7–15 worldwide). Orders over $100 ship free to the US and EU. Other orders show the shipping cost at checkout.
